I would recommend wearing protective hairstyles. If it is not possible for you to wash your hair during Ghusl you can wash your body and perform tayammum on your head. However, if it is possible to take water to the roots then you should still do so.

You are suppose to put the water in with your right hand and blow it out with the left and that the washing of the nose and mouth are suppose to both be 3times.

In the video it is stated that you wash your forearms including the elbows, but in the quiz that answer is flagged as wrong.
